In the hotel industry, one of the biggest challenges is the generation of reactive power, often caused by devices and systems necessary for guest comfort (HVAC, elevators, lighting, kitchens, laundries). To optimize electricity consumption and reduce costs, EIT designed, implemented, and commissioned a 250 kVar power compensation system for Hotel Valamar, improving energy efficiency.
